The consumer has the right to notify LS Fashion that he/she renounces the purchase, without payment of a penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery of the product. Consumers will then return the goods in their original packaging at their own risk and expense.

Items that do not meet your requirements or that are damaged on arrival can be returned after you have informed us by e-mail ([email protected]) or by telephone (050 60 90 02). After we have responded to your e-mail, you can return your items to LS Fashion, Lippenslaan 168, 8300 Knokke-Heist under the following conditions:

The item must be returned in undamaged condition (new + tags) within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery.

The shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.

Once we receive the items in their original condition, we will refund the amount due (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days.

Clothing ordered in store or at a reduced price (with a code or during the sale period) will not be refunded in case of return. You will receive a voucher valid for one year that you can use in our online store or store.

We reserve the right to refuse returns in case of suspicion that the items have already been used or in case of suspicion of damage caused by a fault other than LS Fashion or the supplier of the item.

We check our items before sending them and ensure proper packaging, the customer agrees to check the order upon delivery. Never accept packaging that is obviously damaged in transit and check your shipment upon receipt! We check every shipment before it leaves our warehouse. If you notice any damage to the items you ordered, we ask that you notify us immediately. If possible, we also ask that you email us a photo of the damaged item. Never throw away the postal packaging until you see that your shipment is in good condition, and never send back a package that you have already received without contacting us first!
